In 2006 we were commissioned to create the identity for the UK’s second largest residential property portal The flying ducks represent the idea of individuality, a personal touch and something quintessentially British. They also reflect the journey house-hunters embark on when searching for a new home. The identity has great recognition in a tough market place.

As part of every identity project we undertake brand guidelines are produced. These explain and detail every aspect of the identity and how it should be used, from colour tints to secondary typefaces. The package also included a range of stationery. believe in finding people ‘homes’ not just houses and in making that process fun. To represent this homely thought Spring developed a range of wallpaper designs. These feature on stationery items, on the website and at the FindaPropety offices.
